- Shottendane Nursing Home has one main criteria for admitting a new resident - to ensure that we can fully meet the needs of that person.
- A full assessment of the individual care needs of the prospective resident is carried out by our own Registered Manager, in conjunction with other health and social care professionals. A
comprehensive Care Plan is then compiled to ensure that those needs continue to be met.
- Once admitted, each resident's Care Plan will be regularly reviewed and updated as needs change
- Special arrangements are made where a resident requires an emergency admission to Shottendane.
